How is it possible that in the last 15 days we’re called 5 time and you guys haven’t been able to change the address of our house not only that but now that we want to cancel for an service we not even getting you guys are saying that we have to pay £200 it should be YOU guys giving us an compensation for this service you not even giving us.

Are you trying to change your address for a Home Broadband service or a mobile contract account?
Has a ticket been raised by our customer care team to get your address updated?
