EE website problem

2nd October. 
I can’t log into the EE website. 
Every time I try to log in, an 01 code shows on the screens and the text “Internal error”. 
Fortunately, I found that I could access and download my bill via the app. 
Logging into the website never seems to go smoothly. I always seem to have to go through the username and password loop a couple of times before I can get into the website. 
You’d think a tech company could do better than this.

I just did, Katie_B, and was able to log in using Edge on a different PC. Obviously, then, it's something to do with Edge on my regular PC. Can't immediately imagine what - no problems with any other website on Edge on my regular PC.

Thanks for the update, @MPTWL 

I'd recommend checking you're running the latest version of Edge on your regular PC and clearing the cache and cookies.

Yep, done both those things. Definitely using the latest version of Edge, and definitely cleared cache and cookies.

Is there anything else different about the other setup, @MPTWL?

Browser plugins, a VPN etc.?

There must be something different, but I haven't been able to identify it.
