Hi I’m new and I want to switch to ee from my current network but I’m having trouble with the app having problems and it stops me logging in and looking at deals for the sims and internet
advice please

Welcome to the community,
Could you please log out of EE and then try again, as you are a new customer, you would need to log out and then you should be able to do your order and once you have received your SIM card send the PAC code from your previous network to EE and that will transfer your phone number over. Hope this helps.
Make sure you get a PAC code from your previous network and once you have your EE SIM card, then give the PAC code to EE.
