Postpaid Sim balance Not Shown

Dear Community, Hope you will be fine, I change my package from prepaid to postpaid but not be able to see my balance online, kindly guide me , how to see my existing balance or help me to where I have to contact for fix that issue.regards

I am in my EE app trying to change my address. But when I press ‘change address’ link it doesn’t take me anywhere. Is there a bug at the moment?
