upgrade using an old handset

It’s saying i can upgrade but when i go to chose a plan it’s saying there is none available.Is it because i’m using an old handset as my contract phone the screen cracked.It’s showing the old phone when i log in?

Where are the spending cap options?

Hi Did anyone work out a way to gift data other than on the app? My daughter needs to go out and has no data and I can't gift her any because the app isn't working. Thanks

EE Android App Not Working

Gone to use the EE app today on my Android device and I can get to the main screen and select either "Track Your Usage", "Help", "My EE", or "Log In" it takes me to an EE loading screen and never gets any further.The app is up to date (Version 4.65....
