Dear Community, Hope you will be fine, I change my package from prepaid to postpaid but not be able to see my balance online, kindly guide me , how to see my existing balance or help me to where I have to contact for fix that issue.

Can you view your plan in your My EE, is this showing correct?
Can you text BALANCE to 150, does this show your balance?
