Resolved! I am sick and tired of my EE app not working

This app is less hit and more miss. It asks me randomly to update and is also randomly in need of 'tweaking'. I cannot access my data. Even if I reboot, restart, uninstall and reinstall, nothing works. Come on EE its not rocket science tech it's bog...
