It’s been over a week since the new EE app was launched and still we are experiencing problems. There was nothing wrong with the old app, why change something when everyone could access the services they need. Daily Text & call list is no longer available on the app…….not everyone has a laptop to access this information. Bring back the old app.

Yes I spoke to the business team, they said the facility that I regularly use is no long available and can only be accessed on a laptop.
