Is the my ee app down as I've been unable to log in for sometime now?

It seems to work ok now. Have you tried restarting your app?

What device do you have?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Eventually got it to work not keen on the new app. Difficult to navigate is the getting data function disabled?
