Hi. I have two lines on my account. The main line which I use has a data cap set at zero pounds. On my second line ( which my wife uses) , according to the settings it’s set at ‘ no cap’ . I’m unable to alter this to zero as it reverts back every time I change it . It’s almost as if it has a default setting that can’t be changed. When I took out the new contract the person on the phone told me that she had set BOTH to zero. Any ideas?

@Hope1313 Data cap ? Don’t you mean a spend cap ? You have a set allowance of data that your tariff gives you you can not go over that. A spend cap will not allow you to go over a predefined set amount of money on your tariff. If you’re having issues changing this via your account customer services can do this for you.
