Why is my bill never available to be seen.
Also my last bills were higher, but I can't find out why because of the updated app.
Losing faith in Ee, who I've been with for more years than I can remember

Welcome to the community,
In the new app click on bills and payments, you will then be able to download the bill and see why you are paying more, what extras etc. You can also do this via the web, logging in there, not sure how you were trying to see it, but is quite easy to navigate, just takes a bit of getting used to.
Not sure why you are losing faith in EE, I have been with them since 1995 when they were Orange.

As @Schockwave said you can log into your account online and download your bills. Any extra charges will be itemised.
