I have been with ee since October and I am really really disappointed EE claims to be the uk number one network provider for 12 years running i don't see how when I get told the same thing the app doesn't show my number or my plan i can't see my bill and they want me pay for a part time service EE i am very very disappointed for the service I am paying for October since the app and website my mobile contract details i feel like leaving EE.

It looks like your number has not been linked to the app. Have you tried speaking to customer support? They are the ones who can take a look and sort this out for you.

@Alexande , I would suggest asking them to do an account refresh, that usually sorts things out.

This issue is on both the app and online web portal.
If so ask EE CS to delete your online profile and then register again.
