I cant get passed the second fingerprint stage before the app comes up with the "we've got a problem" message. I have switched off, re innstalled etc. Any ideas?

@Rob19541 Is this when trying to setup a biometric login when you first login to the app? If you try logging out of the app by selecting the profile in the top right and then the log out button, it will take you back to first time setup, if you select to skip using fingerprint login are you able to login ok or do you still have issues without the fingerprint?
Are you able to get logged into your online account on a web browser without error?
