EE id set up with wrong email.

My EE id has been set up with wrong email. I can log in with the wrong email (googlemail), but I have already created an account with gmail.
Can someone help with this?
I have contacted CS and they said 5 working days. 😞 Any way this can be resolved faster so I am able to use EE app and see my bills, etc..

You may edit your login email addy in your Profile.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Tried, but the system does not let me. As it is saying right email has been already used (duh).
I just want to see everything logging with the right email not the wrong one.
Hope it makes sense.

Then you must have set up another EE account with that email addy. You'll need to call CS to get rid of it.

Yes, under the wrong email used to login in I can see the products I have.
Using the right email just lets me log in. Nothing there.
Is there only CS that can help with this? No one one the forum be able to look into this?

You gotta get rid of that extra empty a/c with your right email addy before you can change the email addy of your real a/c. You need to call CS to do this. You should never have created that 2nd a/c.
No, do you think other users on this user discussion group can or even want to mess around with your a/c's.

The second one was created by mistake as it was wrongly stated in the activation link.
Guess it is waiting for the CS to get back to me.
