I joined EE from 3 back in April since then I have been happy with the phone and signal and I must admit when I have spoken to EE they seem very helpful.
As a business we would like to get copy invoices. This should be relatively easy, just log in and find the invoices and then process as necessary. the trouble being when I try to log in all I get is we can't log you in message. Speaking with both technical and billing staff has not resolved this issue. I have asked 4 times for copy invoices to be emailed to me and have been told it will take a couple of hours and then they will be sent but nothing. Junk mail has been checked just in case.
Normally I would go through the official channels but as this has not worked I was wondering if the community had any suggestions on how to resolve these issues.
