The EE app is not working. I cannot see my accounts and it has been saying try again later for the last few days. We were on the phone with BT about our landline and.she could see our EE accounts for our mobiles. She updated them.
We tried to see our mobile accounts on the app and it says not available try later.
This is not the fist time the app hasn't worked.

Is the mobile broadband also on the same pay monthly account?
Have you been able to view the mobile accounts if you log into the EE account online?

Can you try linking the products in the EE app, if you enter the mobile numbers does this work for you?
