I’ve been trying to login on the app and on the web for about a week to view my bills etc and can’t get access on any, anyone know why or what could be causing this.

In this case, I would suggest giving us a call on 150 to get this error message looked into and find out what steps are needed to get this resolved for you.

I have been trying to check my bill on the web and on the app but can’t get logged into any or check anything does anyone know why?

I am sorry you are unable to access your account via the app and website.
Do you get an error message when you log in?
Have you been able to log in and view your bills and details previously? If so, have you made any account changes since you could view the details?

Hi Leanne it comes up we can’t load this right now try again later on the app and then the same on the web with a message saying we can’t get information to you right now I have always been able to access bills etc through the app but now I can’t access anything.
