I am very sorry for your loss and thank you for posting on the community for help. 

If you would like to notify us of a bereavement, you can complete the online form Tell Us if Account Holder Has Died and the team will get back to you. 

Or, if you would like to contact us for anything else, you can give us a call and the team will be happy to help you with the Flex Pay contract. 

Please let me know if you need any further help.
