I have tried several times to log into the app over last few weeks never ever works. I have tried uninstall and reinstall doesn't work just comes up with "sorry there seems to be a problem" I also try to log onto the website and I can't access anything all I want to do is upgrade

Jeez, I'm a Software engineer/Web Developer and could have had this fixed in the time I've tried logging in successfully without being asked to log in again after numerous logins.

@Malkthealk It’s nothing do with that app, if accounts are off line for maintenance than it affects the app as the app is just a portal your account.

Five devices and not able to use the app with one of them. I can get into them on a browser. This demonstrates clearly that it is the app and its still going wrong.

I'm having the same problem. I have no access to my account and have never been able to access it.
I called support three times with no success. Terrible service. They have no idea what is causing this issue.

@CraftyJon have you asked customer support to reset your online account ? The app is just a portal to your online account it’s not a stand alone app.

I will ask them, Chris, but the system cannot find my or my son's phone numbers. We have two phones on the business account. Surely one of the support staff would have suggested a reset at some point?

@CraftyJon Unfortunately customer support don’t they just assume it’ll sort itself out. This sort of thing happens when EE do account maintenance and for some unknown reason it can effect some customer accounts and then they have login issues as the system just doesn’t reset itself.
