I recently took out a new contract with EE for minutes data etc and a new phone and everyday since I have received a text saying there is a document for me to view in myee. I have searched everywhere on the app and on the desktop version and I can’t find a document to view anywhere. I have searched under bills and payments and plans and subscriptions. I can see details of my contract but no document. I’ve been into store and called 150 and no one seems to have any idea??!

Please tap 'view full usage' in the EE app and look for ' Your documents' on that page.

Having the same issue and there is no "Your Documents" after clicking full usage

If you have received your new phone and your documents still aren't available to view, please get in touch on 150 so a member of the team can raise a support ticket for you.
