@Shanzi  Try it now I’ve just logged in to it.   If you still have an issue clear the browser history and cookies and try again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I can’t login either, website down for me as well

I can't log in either to both app and website but can log into this community. Keep get texts to verify my log in but still can't log in, going to call, going to give EE a call.

that’s the exact same issue I have and then it just loops me back to the sign in screen again

Mines been down since about 10am phoned em up and apparently my account doesn’t have any package so not sure if it’s something else other than just the app that’s down 

Same as me been down all day

Spoken to EE who said everything looks fine on my account but they are getting reports of log in issues & to call them in a couple of days If issues not fixed.
