EE app not working ever

I have tried several times to log into the app over last few weeks never ever works. I have tried uninstall and reinstall doesn't work just comes up with "sorry there seems to be a problem" I also try to log onto the website and I can't access anything all I want to do is upgrade

@tygrysa  Just request that your online account is reset.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This is honestly a joke, for months the app or logging into the website not working. I have to call and wait for ages to get copy invoices. 

Technical support are no help.

Hi did you get it working,  I have the same problem.  Been with ee for years..terrible service. No email to tell us in advance..ty

@Paul-uk  if you can not access the EE app or your online account you need to call customer services and request an account reset.   They don’t know you have an issue if you don’t tell them.  Not all customers have an issue and its a small number of customers and EE can not check who does and who doesn’t have access to their account unless you inform them.

I have rung them many times over the last 3 weeks and so far no joy. It is a widespread problem affecting many customers. Basically ee have not properly tested the system before transferring people from BT to ee.

My one issues are the same
