The EE website is truly one of the worst I've ever visited for a so called technology company. I'm trying to buy a new SIM only card through my business acccount and it keeps loggoing me out. Then there are blanks shop pages. Its slow.
Its not sufficient that you can never talk to anyone becuase theyve laid them all off, now they seem to have cut their website team too.
Could do WAY better EE. Shame on you.

@Smashkins never had an issue calling customer services, I think the longest I’ve waited was around 20mins and that’s fine by me. As for your account issue try starting with clearing your history and cookies.

The EE website in a complete joke. It fails to load, glitches out. It's unusable. It has been for months, perhaps years. Whoever they have in charge is clueless. That, or they just don't care. Either way, they haven't fixed it.

Does this happen when you are logged into your account, or are you having trouble browsing without logging in?

just keeps failing to load. I (very simply) need to download my bills for my VAT return. I click on 'see my bills' and all I get is a blank page. Same when I click on 'usage'
Truly, this website is a nightmare and it has been going like that for ages. Sometimes I get lucky and eventually the page loads. Been on it for the past hour tonight, and nothing...

If you've tried doing this through the EE app and your main online account but keep seeing the same errors, please contact us so we can help further. Our team will also log this with our technical support team to work on getting a fix in place moving forward.

Hi Linzi,
The link to main account you've posted here leads to an empty page that says Blocked. I have been trying to get access to invoices for some time now and I need to update my home address and payment method, but it seems impossible to do so as logging into my account is an endless loop leading nowhere. Could you please just start sharing invoices to email please?
I have a business account and need my invoices for my admin.
I will be leaving to another company as soon as my contract ends because this is just terrible.

I've checked the link and it's definitely not blocked on my side of things.
I know how important it is to be able to see your bills in full detail, and I'm confident this can be sorted.
Have you tried to access your online account on a different device/web browser to see if this does the trick?
Do you have the same issues when logging into the EE app?
Have you been able to access your online account previously with no issues?

I have tried to access from different browers, devices and networks but getting any proper access to my account as been impossible for the past 9 months. Website, IOS and Android apps, it's all the same. I have had to contact customer service to email me my invoices since.
They couldn't offer a solution and claimed ongoing technical issues on the website to be the cause.
