The EE website is truly one of the worst I've ever visited for a so called technology company. I'm trying to buy a new SIM only card through my business acccount and it keeps loggoing me out. Then there are blanks shop pages. Its slow.
Its not sufficient that you can never talk to anyone becuase theyve laid them all off, now they seem to have cut their website team too.
Could do WAY better EE. Shame on you.

Whilst I'm glad the team has managed to organise your invoices to be sent directly to you, I appreciate it would be handy to see your account and manage this online.
Did the team raise a ticket with our technical support area?
Did our team suggest the possibility of registering a new online account, but perhaps with a different email address? I wonder if that would do the trick!

I don't think they have, they just told me to call EE to request my invoices to be emailed to me until the technical issues are resolved, but it has been 9 months now.
I tried re-registering but got the message that an account for my phone number already exists.

If the team unlinks your mobile number and account number for the email address you currently have set up, this should then allow you to try and re-register with a new email.
I think it's worth a try! If that doesn't work, please ask the team for an update on what the next steps are.

I agree, I am trying to upgrade to a monthly contract but the mobile page goes nowhere so the only choice I have is the iphone 16 on the front page. But I dont want that. Sort it out EE!

Worst website I've used, particularly concerning they're also handling personal and billing details of mine.
Seriously, how is it so poor? Every single page glitches out, most of the pages are "Down right now", nothing loads on first try.
Any basic web design/digital marketing firm could get the job done.
Please consider hiring a competent set of people/firms to rebuild the website from the ground up.
Same with the app.

I agree!!! It's an absolute joke!! For a mobile company how is it they can't design a website that works.
trying to access my bills. Keeps refreshing and saying there's an issue and to come back later but there's an issue everytime!!!
leaving in August when contract is up, I've had enough!!!

It is a god awful website, I have just logged on there to try and find a method of talking to someone as my phone is broken. Hilariously enough, I have been filtered through error messages, pages that do not stop reloading, broken links and all sorts to find out that in order to fix my BROKEN PHONE, I need to CALL THEM, from my BROKEN PHONE.
The level of half-assery is insane here. Like, there's no way the website was quality checked at all.
