EE app not working ever

I have tried several times to log into the app over last few weeks never ever works. I have tried uninstall and reinstall doesn't work just comes up with "sorry there seems to be a problem" I also try to log onto the website and I can't access anything all I want to do is upgrade

I don't have bt router an app still not working I have give up on ee

This would need to be raised with our technical support guides to get a support ticket raised for the EE account not loading content. Please call us on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone, and the team will be happy to help.

Already tried to help 3 times to no avail just can't be bothered being kept
on phone for half an hour plus an still no improvement
You call them, and they reset it. ..real pain. But they only do it if they
know its a problem...

I have the same but of course they will say your fault, cause you didn't pay your bills....Phone call takes ages, there is no email address, no proper chat online. **bleep**

Not the case with me have received numerous call backs still not resolved
but said they working on there new system have faith

It's horrendous. I'm trying to use the parental controls and they're constantly inaccessible.  I've had major issues ever since I swapped from BT to the 'New EE'.

 

The complaint's department email every week with promises of fixes that never transpire.

I have tbe same problem since leaving BT and switching to EE. All advisors say diffetent things.  A new router was sent but this did not work.  Now another router is being sent as it needs to be a 'hub 2'  which can talk to tbe app. Safeguard settings cant be accessed and i live with a problem gambling addict and yeens who have free reign to harmful sites and without the app, I am not able to use wifi and  so why are they charging me for a service i cannot access. I have spent hours in calls wirh technical.  I ca not link my  broadband or mobile device and kerp on getting this message ....

Absolutely appalling!

Technical support cannot help and are aware of this Known Issue.

its not been working for months.
