EE app not working ever

I have tried several times to log into the app over last few weeks never ever works. I have tried uninstall and reinstall doesn't work just comes up with "sorry there seems to be a problem" I also try to log onto the website and I can't access anything all I want to do is upgrade

As I said can log in far as it goes been with technical 3 times still nothing

Yes an have contacted  technical  support 3 times an still the same have to text 150 to get my balance an have a 5g phone just a little cheesed off

I completely appreciate you'll be feeling fed up @JAMBOOS1, especially if it's the app and your main online account both not working.

Our technical support team should be logging this if you still have no online access whatsoever.

I would suggest reaching back out to the team so we can make sure everything is set up correctly.

As I have said phone technical support 3 times keep u on phone for half an hour or so an getting nowhere so have just give up

I know it's not much fun having to wait while the team works on your account @JAMBOOS1, but they are the right team to speak with to get this sorted out.

Ever since moving from BT To EE my app has not worked properly. The broadband tab will not open, just a spinning circle. Therefore  I cannot access router and WiFi controls. I have made many phone calls and each time I'm told it is being passed to a "back end team". I never get a response and have to make another call. The people I speak with are very sympathetic but no-one appears to know how to help .

I sent off an online complaint this morning.

has anyone managed to get it sorted and if so how did you resolve it?
