EE app help section not loading

I’ve been trying to get into the help section of my app for days now and just get the spinning dots of doom. Any advice?

What device are you using and are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Have you tries off wifi.

I’m on iPhone. I’ve made sure the phones software is up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked for app updates. 
All the other tabs work just fine.

Does the same happen if you turn off WiFi and try the Help section again?
