I noticed that there is no 'Start conversation' button on the EE website showing for me on mobile or desktop (chrome & safari).
I'm guessing it may be due to workload, but it is really frustrating not to have a chat option - for many enquiries as an existing customer (with a family member wanting to join) it's much more efficient especially during the working day when one might be on other calls, meetings, working etc.
Or perhaps it's a technical glitch...

I've just checked and the start conversation button is appearing as normal at ee.co.uk/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile.
