I noticed that there is no 'Start conversation' button on the EE website showing for me on mobile or desktop (chrome & safari).
I'm guessing it may be due to workload, but it is really frustrating not to have a chat option - for many enquiries as an existing customer (with a family member wanting to join) it's much more efficient especially during the working day when one might be on other calls, meetings, working etc.
Or perhaps it's a technical glitch...

Same here. I'm wanting to upgrade but no chat option. I'd rather have the option and wait than just be ignored.

Agents are likely busy. It's Black Friday/Cyber Monday at the moment.
You can always call EE CS on 150.

I am abroad and my calls have been barred for some reason, how can I contact EE via Web chat?
