Unable to claim a free boost

When I try to claim my latest free boost, I get the two boxes with 50 minutes or 500MB but am unable to click either of them. Never had trouble in the past.

Are you seeing the issue in both the My EE app and My EE online?

If you experience the same issue online again, please clear your web browsers cookies and cache and try again.

I can’t activate my free boost from the app.

it won’t allow me to select either option.

the old app worked as was easier.

Can you text BOOST to 150 do you get the option to add the boost? 

Or, if you log into your My EE account online, can you add this?

Hi.

I have txt boost data to 150.

I have a reply message to say it’s done but the app still not showing it .

this new app is useless.

If you text BALANCE to 150, does the boost show as added? @JonTT
