When I try to claim my latest free boost, I get the two boxes with 50 minutes or 500MB but am unable to click either of them. Never had trouble in the past.

I also can’t claim boots in app or online.
I can’t even try the text option as it’s my fathers phone and his in hospital and his unable to text (due to him being elderly.)

Do you have boosts already active, if yes how many?

It’s all grey, and you can’t select at all.
No boosts been used before as it never lets me choose.

I top up on the 21st with £10, but even when it runs out i can’t claim then the boosts go back to 0/3.
Habe 56mins remaining at the moment.
Ive had the phone since march 2020 and lost out on the boosts as i can’t activate them.
