EE App not working

My EE app on my phone isn't working, tried re installing but no joy. Go to website and some features aren't working, can't gift data. Tried installing app on my tablet and doesn't work there either

@GloryBoy   You do know you don’t need a computer to access your online account you have a mobile device that has internet access.   You can use that to access your online account

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Not working on s22,have uninstalled,reinstalled, still not working, have cleared cache and everything else still not working, its so annoying. I do not complain, but this is taking the P...

This stuff happens sometimes in app design but the company usually alerts
users that there is an issue. It is seriously bad practice for EE not to
publicise that many users are affected.

It's really annoying.

This app is rubbish and all they say is uninstall, reinstall and then call 150, 150 people haven't got a clue or have and try the innocent.

 

Just admit it your app is C**P simples.

Same here

It's always faulty, never ending error messages. 

I have been trying for 2 days to gift Data to my son with no luck. 

Absolutely frustrating 😤

Same problem for months on end, Not to be expected from a giant of a Cellular company,  Un acceptable and shameful!!

 

 

Spent 4 hours trying to Gift data to my daughter who could be in need of any emergency...Mobile App, Desktop app, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge , Wifi, 5G  with all different combination , everything is either not responding or giving me countless errors, what the F is going on???
