Trying to set up new account but when get to move in date, bank date etc message comes up ‘date needs to be after DOB’. But they are won’t let me pass. Husband tried setting his up and he is getting same. Can’t phone as our network is down That is why changing. Need help.

Is it broadband or mobile that you're trying to take out? Could you try clearing your cache/cookies and retrying please? Chris
