I've down loaded the EE App, login, enter the passcode which is texted to me and it just keeps looping round to the login page. Can anyone help? Its very annoying not being able to do a simple task

Thanks for coming back to the community.
There are a couple of things worth checking to make sure everything is working as it should be.
The first one is to try to uninstall and reinstall the app again, and try to login again.
You can also try to login through the EE website to see if you are able to access your account that way.
If the app still doesn't work and/or you cannot login through the website, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides so they can look into this further for you.
