We're aware of some issues with Discovery+ activation via the EE app. Some customers aren't seeing the activation tile in the ‘Plans and Subscriptions’ section.
We’re investigating this issue, but you can activate this via the web in the meantime at https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions

I have tried the web as you suggest but getting the same message. This has been down for almost a week at least. Any idea when the problem will be fixed

Hey there @STEVEJ7, welcome to the EE Community!
Just to be sure here, are you trying to activate Discovery+ via the app like Nick mentioned, or is this already up and running and you get errors when trying to view content?
If it's the latter, what errors are you seeing here?

Ee was so bad
3hrs on phone getting passed around getting nowhere
Even told 55inch TV with 55mb is to big to stream without buffering in HD
All 3 boxes kept freezing or screen goes black
They let me cancel 12months early and gave me money

I'm wondering how much longer EE will be "investigating this issue" as it had now been 17 months since the original post and I'm still having problems activating it, although it is now packaged as TNT Sports rather than Discovery+.
I have spoken to several people about it on 150 and was eventually told that it was all sorted from an EE perspective and that it was a problem I'd have to follow up with TNT Sports myself.
This was a few weeks ago now. I thought I'd have had it all set up in plenty of time before my chemotherapy and radiotherapy started but now that I am on this treatment I sadly don't have the strength to keep asking EE to deliver what I have paid for or to show me any value or respect, even after the decades I have been a mobile and broadband customer with them.
