In your online MyEE from the Menu click on the "Switch A/c" drop-down & choose the a/c no., not mobile no., you want. If you don't know the a/c no. cycle thro' them until you find the 1 you want, where you can confirm the mobile no. you want from A/c Settings > Manage Numbers.

Good morning @Ak7109

Welcome back to the community.

When you log in to the app on the main screen do you see the drop down under change product?

If yes, what happens when you try select another number on your account.

Thanksn for the reply.

The app shows the numbers, but when I try to buy the add-on and I am directed to the page to do the payment, there is only one number available (the first I added to the account). Actually, you can very easily end up paying for the wrong number if you are not careful.

Hi @Ak7109.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Is this the same via My EE Online?
