New to EE and help with accounts

Hi all , we are new to EE , just set up the account but what happened is , my number is a one account number and the other 3 numbers for my family are added as a separate account number. I've just added a new number under my account section and it all moved to a different account number , would I be able to assign all number just under one account please ?

 

All numbers were added to the EE contract at the same time.

If you ordered them at the same time, they should all be on the same account.

Do you have two separate direct debits or are all the phones billed together?

Hi , it should be all on the same direct debit. I have placed order for all
4 sim cards on Thursday over the phone at same time and sim cards were
delivered on Friday.
