Data gifting been down for days now

I have been unable to gift data for days now what is going on?

Hi @craigengineerin 

Thanks for coming back to me. 

When you spoke to our mobile care team a few days ago to manually gift the data, have they complete a support ticket to get this looked into for you?

No they told me it would be sorted soon

I did try and ring last night but they closed, I will ring now

Not sure what caused it but all working now... after help from customer support...phew

EE needs to sort this ASAP you are leaving people without data!! A message from EE to all customers would be nice !! Sort it out !!!!😡

Trying to gift data now from app, my partner has no data, he is in the UK and yes I have full unlimited data. Account is not in arrears. It just says data gifting failed!!

It's the same for me no data gifting, tried reinstalling the app couple of times now and still the same. Its annoying as need it for work.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems gifting data. Please get in touch with Customer Care and a member of the team will be happy to move some data manually for you.

Thats great when the phones are open but they have just shut and left my family without a decent internet connection in the caravan because the App and online login isn't working. As others have said this isn't good enough, I pay £100 just on Sim contracts per month and expect a level of service. The basics should be easy, never had this issue with Sky and they rolled my data over each month...
