I have been unable to gift data for days now what is going on?

Is anyone else getting a the below message when trying to gift data.

2 days it has been ongoing now.

I have ended up sending in a complaint to EE now as contacted them through Facebook but as soon as 8pm closing time came they stopped answering.  So now double complaint.

 I haven’t been able to gift data from 20th jan! I’ve reinstalled the apps several times and still no joy. This is not good enough. 

When will it be sorted EE?

Morning everyone. 

Have you tried using the My EE app and My EE account online? 

Does the number you are gifting data to have any remaining data allowance?

Is the lead number the data is being gifted from in the UK at the moment?

Not working however I log in desktop or app.... I had to have ee do it manually the other day... but of course I didn't realise that ee shut down customer service in the evening so last night my daughter was without data aggggg
