Data gifting and app not working

Hello, the app is currently not working for me. It shows login I login ... it asks to text me a code . I receive the code enter it and it goes back to login screen.  So I can not get on that way. I've tried logging on on the website which works but then I want to gift some data to my daughter and it comes up with sorry we can not show this devices data right now please try again later. Been doing that for 2 days and I really need to give her some data. Please help. I have deleted app, reset my phone and downloaded app again.  I have a new phone so there isn't any cache to delete . Thanks

Welcome to the community.

Please try using the app on both WiFi and mobile data, and let us know if it works on either. It's also worth trying with any VPNs disconnected. 

You can also gift data through the desktop site, following the instructions on this How to gift mobile data to someone help page.

Let us know if you manage to get it working please.
