Hi my app hasn't been working for a very long time I have cleared cache,data, uninstall it, reinstall it and my phone is up to date can you please get your app fixed please or how do I go about this

Are you able to access your account via use website?

I would suggest you ask customer service to refresh your account and then uninstall the app, reboot your device and reinstall it, it should work, many of us do not encounter that problem, and I have been with EE for over 30 years now, previously Orange.
