So the App has changed (Android), now on the White on Black version, No Family Usage any more, but worked out to gift Data you need to go to each individual Account Number (or Name) and Gift from there, go through the process, and it gets stuck on Who Needs Data, get the 'Sorry we are unable to, blah, blah please try later' been trying for most of the Day now.
Tried the normal, Clearing App memory, Re Installing App etc, still the same.
Also finding the New App is R e a l l y S l o w, never had any issues with the Old Style App was always reliable, easy to Navigate and a lot faster.

Hi, I had this same problem today, I’ve gone into the App Store and manually updated the app and now it’s working.

Yes not working anywhere I have spoken to ee team who are aware of the issue and say they are looking into it but at present I still can’t gift via app or online

Yes they did Chris but app or website still won’t allow me to gift data, apparently it’s a known fault but none seems to be able to fix it yet!
I’ve been through every step and nothing worked.

The app is down currently and I'm abroad, is there.any way of doing this other than through the app? Calling from abroad and waiting in the big queue t9 get through to someone is far from ideal

Have you tried through the My EE desktop site, @Marksamandluke?
