So the App has changed (Android), now on the White on Black version, No Family Usage any more, but worked out to gift Data you need to go to each individual Account Number (or Name) and Gift from there, go through the process, and it gets stuck on Who Needs Data, get the 'Sorry we are unable to, blah, blah please try later' been trying for most of the Day now.
Tried the normal, Clearing App memory, Re Installing App etc, still the same.
Also finding the New App is R e a l l y S l o w, never had any issues with the Old Style App was always reliable, easy to Navigate and a lot faster.

@EssexBoyEE if you open the app and click on mobile plan, you should see data gifting, although I never do, it is there, not sure where you were trying, hope this helps.

I can get to the Gifting part, then just crashed or goes around in a loop with no ability to crunch the numbers for Gifting, then it freezes.
Just tried another Device with the Old (EE Green theme) works ok on the older version, to me the Newer Version seems like it takes you to the EE Web Site, or at least a cut down version of it.
What is it again, trying to fix something that isn't broken.

I gave up with it, if Im honest James, couldnt access any of the Add Ons to any Numbers on the Account either, just got the moving Blue Circle of buffering.
Managed to Clone an older version of the App for now, not sure how long it will last through.

@Leanne_T hi yes I've reverted to using a copy of the old App and all working as it should be.
Same goes for looking into myEE online all is viewable as per normal.

Managed to contact CS, advise was it should be be sorted in a day or two.
Tried again today still no Gifting from the App.
