I am on contract with EE that was the question.then I needed help my sim is inactive from last night after I tried to use esim it converted successfully to esim but then it’s into service cnt call or text wanted to reactivate my sim and get back my line and delete esim because I didn’t know it will cause all this wanted to have two sim cards on that all please

It’s Inactive now cnt receive or make any call or text it is showing no sim.i went to EE shop earlier and was told to call customer care

When you convert to eSIM it does deactivate the physical SIM as you can't have 2 SIMs on the same no.
