I have been trying to login to my account for the last few days using the app and the website and it comes up with there is a problem. I’ve tried using more than 1 phone so it’s definitely not the device I’m using. How long till this is resolved?

@Klb4 My account is fine so it’s not an account issue that’s effecting everyone, Because of this you’ll need to call customer services and request an account reset.
