WHY CAN I NOT TALK TO A HUMAN. I AM TIRED OF GOING THROUGH PRESS ONE FOR THIS TWO FOR. I AM LOSING TH E WILL TO LIVE. IF I COULD TALK TO A HUMAN ONE MINUTE WOULD DO. ARE ALL MOBILE COMPANIES SO UNCARING OF CUSTOMERS THAT THEY HAVE SUCH DODGY SUPPORT?

They don't give a damn about you. That's why they will go out of their way to annoy you with this stupid press 1 for this and press 2 for that, which goes on for seemingly hours. They hate their customers. Their aim is to maximise their profts, which are already sky-high, by stopping you from speaking to a human customer support person.
I'm switching networks today to one that cares about its customers.

So which network are you moving to, that doesn't have an IVR?

To be clear... you've dialled their customer service number and a human answered. Please name your new provider.

Hi @Syl2 and @Digi9dreams 

I understand that it isn't ideal to have to call through to technical support, but they're in the best position to try and help you get this sorted. They'll be able to run through some diagnostic tests to try and fix the problem, and book an engineer if needed.

Please keep us updated with what happens.
