Does this mean the app will recognise who I am and stop saying that I’m not the account holder? It’s a **bleep**e app. Hard work to get anywhere. As for trying to talk to someone… that’s a different matter
Is this when you are logged in on the app and trying to do something it will say you are not the account holder? If so it suggests your online account does not have the right permissions for your account and I would recommend reaching out to our team so they can help complete the setup of your online account to have full permissions.
