Checking bill

I am getting totally peeved off with ee why can't I check my new monthly bill on the day it is produced. I have tried 4 times to check it and it failed every time, I have uninstalled the ee app and reinstalled it and still nothing I won't be ringing customer services as it's a  complete waste of time trying to get through to them. I should have waited for my contract to end in January and then gone to another phone company. I have always thought highly of EE as in the past I have never had problems with them, but now it seems they don't have the time to help us.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with that. Have you tried downloading it from the EE online desktop site?

It's all OK everything as been sorted out for me thanks for getting back to
me.

Having the same issue it says i have to pay £70 and will be my first billing (for a contract that is £20 with student discount) cancels payment every time on my phone even when i try using a different card tried it on my desktop and still saying that it cant be processed .
