Chat live is not working haven't seen chat live for weeks now and  every time I log in says something went wrong the app is not working probably and I need chat available I have logged in I have seen no chat option

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

Can you access your EE account using a web browser? 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? 

If available for your account, chat would show in the Help section of the EE app.
