Hi @EvaVa,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You can update your address in the EE app. Just select your plan and scroll down to settings. You'll see a change billing address option at the bottom of the list.

out. Out of the blue. I only clicked on the box to enter the pin.
Now I went to add the pin but asks me to request a new pin.
When I do that and it says" We already sent a PIN to this number in the
last 10 minutes. To receive a new PIN, please try again later."
What do I do now? I cannot update my address now because the system looks
like it is not efficient.
