Every time I open the ee app it asks me to logon and create a pin. Is this a general bug impacti g everyone .. it's so annoying.

Seems to be happening to lots of people. The app does the same for me too. Either it says "unable to validate the information provided" or "Sorry, there seems to be a problem... Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now." The website is the same saying "We’re working on it. We’re just getting things ready behind the scenes. Please wait a minute then refresh the page (2005)". Even when it gets in, it just show name and phone number and email but nothing else making it impossible to pay bills, see balance and history and so on. Someone else mentioned they reset their password but then their account no longer exists. Another person has lost their phone number. Whatever EE have done, it's messed Everything up.

If you can not login to your account via the app or online give customer services a call and request an account reset.
@chrisjj2 when you come out of the app are you just closing it or are login out ? If you log out you’ll have to sign back in every time you just need to close it.

The same is happening to me, this has been going on for a month now. Does anyone know how to log in to the EE.co.uk website and download VAT invoices?
